Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using TrackAI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The Service

TrackAI provides AI-powered hunting intelligence including pin logging, season calendars, weather data, trail cam analysis, and map overlays. The service is provided "as-is" — we work hard to keep data accurate but cannot guarantee the accuracy of weather forecasts, season dates, land ownership data, or AI analysis.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for following all local, state, and federal hunting regulations.
• TrackAI is an intelligence tool — it does not replace your responsibility to verify season dates, bag limits, and legal hunting areas with your state wildlife agency.
• You must not use TrackAI to trespass, poach, or violate any wildlife laws.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter (pins, species, outcomes).

4. Account

You must provide a valid email to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

5. Content You Upload

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, notes, pin data). By uploading trail cam images, you grant us permission to process them through AI analysis to provide you results. We do not use your images for training AI models.

6. Limitation of Liability

TrackAI is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to: inaccurate season data, incorrect land ownership information, weather forecast errors, or AI analysis inaccuracies. Always verify critical information with official sources.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans (Marksman, Hunting Party, Guide Pro) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at support@aihuntintel.com for a full refund. After 30 days, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods; you retain access through the end of your paid period.
• Free (Scout) tier users can use the service without payment. Upgrading or downgrading takes effect immediately.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
